Today I felt like playing digital, so I started out with one of my leftover acrylic paint creations and a photograph I took showing the beautiful autumn leaf colours.

    Take one...

    Then I played digital blending.

You really need to look at the big version to see the full effect of the final result, but I really like the result. Do you?

Eunice, that’s so interesting. I’ve always been fascinated with how people can create such great digital paintings with lovely textures but I’ve always thought it would be beyond me. I don’t know why I never thought of combining a painting with a photograph like this. I have a lot of nice photographs and now I’ve started doing these gelatin prints. I see great possibilities now. Thanks for the inspiration!

It’s a pleasure, Ginger 🙂 For me one of the best parts of doing this challenge is the inspiration I get from seeing everyone else’s amazing creative work, so I feel very humbled by the fact that you you have been inspired by my work. Thank you 🙂
